Learning from books. What a novel idea 😜. In a world where content is meant to be consumed in less than a minute (including this newsletter), taking hours to dive deep into a topic seems weird. I like being weird, and I love reading books. Read on if you want to know the top three finance books I enjoyed, in no particular order.
1. Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
This is a great book that talks about money mindset. And I would argue that your mind is one of the strongest influencers in your finances.
2. Financial Freedom: A Proven Path to All the Money You Will Ever Need by Grant Sabatier
This book helped me believe that retiring before the traditional retirement age is truly possible. It provides useful steps towards financial independence.
3. Money: Master the Game by Tony Robbins
Yes, Tony Robbins the motivational speaker wrote about money. This book provides money management advice from some of the top investors in the world. It is what truly made me sit up and decide to take control of my financial future.
Bonus: The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham. Warren Buffet, one of the most successful investors of our time, called it “the best book on investing ever written”. Enough said.
MMM tip: Is there a book you have been wanting to read forever (finance or otherwise)? Go out and buy it today! Read more!
Until next week!
